Genius Messenger CRM(Partnered with)

Genius Messenger CRM is a Google Chrome extension to help you to manage your customers or leads. It works mostly on your personal Facebook profile and friends. But you can also import leads from GoHighLevel. The leads are named here as Friends. It has the following features-

  1. Labels- You can create and manage multiple Labels in GMCRM. It is like a directory where you can manage your leads. You will get following options in Labels section of this software-

  2. Add Labels- You can add Labels here.

  3. Drag & rearrange your Labels- You can drag and rearrange your labels.

  4. Edit Labels- You can rename a label here.

  5. Change colours- You can change the colour of the Labels.

  6. Delete Label- You can delete a Label.

  7. Count of the Friends- You can see the count of the friends that are present in that particular label.

  8. Search label: You can search label by entering the label name at the search field.

  9. Extra features for Friends under Labels- You can get some other features for Friends under the Labels. You can use the following options with the added Friends under Labels-

    1. Search Friends by their names & notes- You can search Friends by their names and their custom notes from the available list of Friends in that particular Label.

    2. Add email and phone number- You can add email and phone number of the Friend individually by clicking the little gear icon above the profile picture of that friend.

    3. Message your Friends- You can directly message available Friends.

    4. Add Notes for the Friends- You can add, reorder and delete custom notes for specific Friend’s and global templates for all your friends.

    5. Add notification alerts for specific Friend- You can set notification alerts with specific Friend for zoom or any other third party software. You have to give the following information- 1) Subject, 2) Email, 3) Date, 4) Time, 5) Optional Webhook(If any zapier webhook is added to webhook section), 6) Notification messages. And it will trigger the custom notification on that specific date and time.

    6. Delete Friends- You can delete a Friend from the Label.

    7. Add a webhook to send data to another third party software- You can send data of the Friends to the saved webhook.

    8. Change the label- You can change the labels of the Friend’s.

**GMCRM has a dashboard or web page also where you can use the Labels section more easily. You can do all the actions from the dashboard page. Only one difference here is the webhook data sending procedure and change Label name option. Here you have to just select the webhook from a rectangular dropdown menu and it will sync the data simultaneously whenever any changes are happening in the label. And from the pencil icon of particular friends we can change the Labels.

2. Tags- You can give your friends multiple tags. This is similar to Label. Only one difference between Tags and Labels is that you can give multiple tags to a friend but you can’t put a friend to multiple labels. But you have to Label any friend first then you can tag anyone. You can do the following options in Tags section of this software-

  1. Add Tags- You can add Tags here.

  2. Drag & Replace your Tags- You can drag and rearrange your Tags.

  3. Edit Tags- You can rename a Tag here.

  4. Change colours- You can change the colour of the Tags.

  5. Delete Tag- You can delete a tag.

  6. Count of the Friends- You can see the count of the friends that are present in that particular tag.

  7. Search Tags: You can search tag by entering tag name at search field.

  8. Extra features for Friends under Tags- You can get some other features for Friends under the Tag. You can use this options with the added Friends under Tags-

          1. Search Friends by their name & notes- You can search Friends by their name and their custom notes from the available list of Friends in that particular tag.

          2. Add email and phone number to each Friend- You can add email and phone number of the Friend individually by clicking the little gear icon above the profile picture of that friend.

          3. Message your Friends- You can directly message available Friends.

          4. Add Notes for the Friends- You can add, reorder and delete custom notes for specific Friend’s and global templates for all your friends.

          5. Add notification alerts for specific Friend- You can set notification alerts with specific Friend for zoom or any other third party software. For that you have to click on the notifications icon and you have to give following information- 1) Subject, 2) Email, 3) Date, 4) Time, 5) Optional Webhook(If any third party webhook is added to the software), 6) Notification messages. And it will trigger the custom notification on that specific date and time.

          6. Delete Friends- You can delete a Friend by clicking the delete button of the Tag.

          7. Add a webhook to send data to another third party software- You can send data of the Friends to the saved webhook.

**GMCRM has a dashboard or web page also where you can use the Tags section more easily. You can do all the actions from the dashboard page. Only one difference here is the webhook data sending procedure and change Tag name option. Here you have to just select the webhook from a rectangular dropdown menu and it will sync the data simultaneously whenever any changes are happening for that Friend under the tag. And if you click on the pencil icon of the individual friends you can see the following two options-

a)Add Tag- You can add one new tag and the old one will also be there.

b)Move Tag- You can change the current tag of any friend to another tag.

3. Webhooks- You can use webhooks for multiple functionality like synchronising for Labels and Tags, for contact info and for event notifications. It has the following features-

  1. Create Webhooks to send data to a third party software- After creating webhooks you can send data to any third party software like Zapier or Make by Integromat. For that you have to click the Webhooks section of the extension and click on Create Webhooks button. There you have to give any Title and url of any Webhook. Then you can use it. You can send following options-

    1. Webhook for Labels- You can send your Friends data who are included under any Labels with any third party Webhook like Zapier, Make by Integromat etc. You can get a saved webhook in the little webhook icon of the friend under Label. If you select any saved webhook from the rectangular button dropdown it will send the data to the webhook or in future if you change any data it will also be synchronised in 5 minutes.

    2. Webhook for Tags- You can send your Friends data who are included under any Tags with any third party Webhook like Zapier, Make by Integromat etc. You can get a saved webhook in the little webhook icon of the friend under Label. If you select any saved webhook from the rectangular button dropdown it will send the data to the webhook or in future if you change any data it will also be synchronised in 5 minutes.

    3. Webhook for Notification- You can schedule a meeting with your Friends and get the notification from any other third party notification software by syncing the meeting information, like subject, email, date, time etc. with any webhook url.

    4. Webhook for notes: We can add notes to any of our labelled friends. Webhook grab those notes and send them to any 3rd party webhook like Zapier and they can create automation with those. We can select a default webhook and in the message section we can add a note under that webhook. We can also add from the ‘Friends’ tab.

4. Global Templates- You can create templates to send messages to any friends at any time manually. This feature is used to save any common messages. You can use this section from the extension, dashboard and messenger page. In this section you can do this things-

a. Add Templates- You can create multiple template sections. You can add normal text sections, emojis, images etc in the template section for future use.

  1. Edit Templates- You can edit the template names and sections as well.

  2. Delete Templates- You can delete the template section if it is not more required.

  3. Reorder Templates- You can rearrange the template section by just dragging it to different places.

  4. Copy Templates- You can copy template content and paste it to any other places.

5. Customised Friend section- You can use the Friends section from the dashboard page to manage your friends manually. You can do following things on this section-

  1. Fetch all friends- You can fetch all your facebook friends to the database. (Fetch all friend processing status). At the time of fetching you can see the processing status.

  2. Fetch all images- You can fetch the profile images of your friends and display their images if they are not displaying in the friends list.

  3. Delete friends: You can delete friend (i) for a specific label by selecting the label from dropdown, (ii) can delete unlabel friends, (iii) can delete all those friends whose labels has been deleted.

  4. Delete duplicate: If somehow same profiles are added twice then you can remove those duplicate friends. You can search by name at search field and there is an option to filter which one is newly added and which one is old. You can delete as per your requirement. You can check duplicate friends with recheck name duplicate also.

  5. Stop fetching images- You can stop the image fetching process if you don’t want to display all the profile images of your friends.

  6. Search friends- You can search your Labeled friends by searching friend’s name, their Labels and notes.

  7. Counts of type of friends- You can see all counts of your all types of friends. You can see this type of friend’s counts- i. Total Friends(fetched count),

ii. Labeled Friends, iii. Unlabeled Friends, iv. Friends with Gender, v. Male Friends and vi. Female Friends.

  1. Friend list- You can see all your fetched and synced friend list and you can use this feature here-

i. Add email and phone number to each Friend- You can add email and phone number to the Friend individually by clicking the little gear icon above the profile picture of that friend.

ii. Directly message your Friends- You can directly message available Friends.

iii. Add Notes for the Friends- You can add, reorder and delete custom notes for specific Friend’s and global templates for all your friends.

iv. Add notification alerts for specific Friend- You can set notification alerts with specific Friend for zoom or any other third party software. You have to give the following information- 1) Subject, 2) Email, 3) Date, 4) Time, 5) Optional Webhook(If any zapier webhook is added to webhook section), 6) Notification messages. And it will trigger the custom notification on that specific date and time.

v. Delete Friends-You can delete a Friend from the list.

vi. Add a webhook to send data to another third party software- You can send data of the Friends to the saved webhook.

vii. Change the label- You can change the labels of the Friend’s.

7. Extra Features in Facebook- In Facebook Messenger chat you can get some extra features like searching, labeling, tagging etc. The features are in brief-

a. Label friends- From Messenger chat you can include and change the Label of the friend.

b. Tag friends- You can add multiple tags to a friend profile after labeling it.

c. Search filters- You can search your friend messages with more filters. The filters are-

i. By Label.

ii. Messages sent by you or not sent by you.

iii. Only unread.

iv. Unlabel Friends message.

v. By Tag.

vi. Exclude selected Label.

d. Label in profile- You can see friends profile is in which Label under the profile section.

6. Broadcasting Messages- You can automate your message sending process and send messages to unlimited friends in Facebook by the Broadcast feature of GMCRM. This section has the following feature-

  1. Segment and Group- You can add message segments and using those segments you can create message groups which you can use for Broadcasting messages to friends. Here the concept is like the same type of message with a different combination of words and sentences.

In the segment you can include the keywords like {FIRST_NAME} {LAST_NAME}. {NICK_NAME}, <IMAGE_URL> For creating a group you will get the options-

1)Message Segment, 2)Static Text, 3)Keywords, 4)New Line. , Image url

**If you send the exact same messages to multiple profiles your account may get banned by Facebook. But the above feature helps you not to get banned.

In the case of image, we can add multiple image links at the message block. To use an image the format will be like <<<VALID IMAGE URL>>>

  1. Broadcast- To automate the message sending part you can use the Broadcast section. For sending messages you have to first save some message segments which are different from each other and by that you have to make some message groups. In Broadcast you can use this feature-

i. Create Broadcast- To create a broadcast you have to choose or select the options:

1) Select Friends: You can select friends based on labels and tags and send broadcast messages. The scenarios will be like below:

2) Select Gender- You can select from two genders(male & female) to filter out only that gender based friends are getting messages only.

3) Select Interval- You can set 2,3,5 and 10 mins of interval to send messages to every profile.

4) Select Message Group- You can choose message groups.

5) Schedule to start the process- You can delay the process to start in 2 mins or later at any time or date.

6) Limit the number of profiles- You can limit the number of profiles that will get the messages.

7) Automate some action after message sent: You can do the following action after the message sent - i) Change Label of the Friends, ii) Give new Tags to those Friends, iii) Remove Tags from the Friends, iv) Add some notes to those Friends, v) Archive messages.

ii. Broadcast List- You can see the following informations of the Broadcasts - i) Date & Time, ii) Tags, iii)Labels, iv) Message Group, v) Limit, vi) Actions, vii) Total profile to send messages, viii) Already Sent messages count, ix) Status of the Broadcast, x) Options to pause or resume Broadcast process, xi) Delete Broadcast- You can delete any scheduled Broadcast process if you don’t want it anymore.

iii. Refresh Broadcast List- You can refresh the Broadcast List if it is not coming in the Broadcast list.

iv. Stop Broadcast process anytime- If you want to stop the Broadcasting process anytime then you can stop it

V. Copy broadcast: You can copy a broadcast and can make changes if needed and can broadcast.

7. Download messages - You can download the conversation with Friends directly from Facebook. It has the following feature-

a.Download conversation as file- You can download conversation as HTML or PDF file by providing some information of the profiles like id of that profile and timeline.

b.Download or see videos if it exists in conversation- You can download or see videos as player, link or image option if it is in the conversation.

8. Pipelines to sync stages- You can synchronise your GMCRM account data with a GoHighLevel account. It is a third party software from which you import or export leads data. In GHL Labels are named as Stages. It has the following feature-

a.Sync your Labels with GHL- You can easily synchronise your Friends or leads with a GoHighLevel CRM account. You have to get the api key from GHL and put it in Lead Connector options in Settings. After that all your existing stages of GHL will be shown under pipelines list as Label.

b.Create new Pipeline- You can create a new pipeline from GMCRM also and add new stages or Labels from here.

c.Extra features for your leads- You can get some other features for your leads who are labelled in GMCRM as Friends from this page also. The all information will be synced with your GHL account in 5 minutes. You can use following feature here-

1) Message your Friends- You can directly message available Friends.

2) Add Notes for the Friends- You can add, reorder and delete custom notes for specific Friend’s and global templates for all your friends.

3) Add notification alerts for specific Friend- You can set notification alerts with specific Friend for zoom or any other third party software. You have to give the following information- 1) Subject, 2) Email, 3) Date, 4) Time, 5) Optional Webhook(If any zapier webhook is added to webhook section), 6) Notification messages. And it will trigger the custom notification on that specific date and time.

4) Change the stages or labels- You can change the stages or labels by dragging them into different stages.

**This section of GMCRM is in beta stages or under development. So sometimes you can’t use all the features. It will be fixed soon.

9. APIs- You can also synchronise another software(like:Group Monkey) data which collects lead with GMCRM. This section of GMCRM is under development. It will be live soon. (on accept/decline we can add tags as well)

10. Import/Export- You can import or export your friends data by files or another format.

You can use following feature in this section-

a.Backup- You can take backup of all your GMCRM account data as json file format.

b.Export CSV- You can export your all Friends data as CSV file format.

c.Export Template- You can export all your templates as CSV file format.

d.Import Backup- You can import your previous or existing GMCRM account backup data in GMCRM if you have exported CSV previously.

e.Import Template- You can import your previous or existing template data in GMCRM if you have exported the template previously.

f.Import from Chat Silo- You can export all your previous GMCRM account data and Friends data from Chat Silo also if you have exported all in Chat Silo software. This import should be in xlsx format.

g.Export Unlabeled- If you only want all your unlabeled friend data then you can export that as CSV file format.

h.Import Friends with Label- You can also import your Labeled friends data as CSV file.

11. Customise notification and APIs with Settings- You can customise some notifications and APIs from GMCRM settings. They are-

a.General- You can activate your extension from Facebook, show Labels in quick Messenger chat, show labels on profile by General Settings. Also you can turn off these settings.

b.Toast Notification- You can activate toast notification in Facebook, loaded toast notification and User Interaction toast notification by Notification settings. Also you can turn off these settings.

c.Lead Connector- You can activate and put your GoHighLevel api key which is named here as ‘Lead Connector’ with it. And you can turn off these settings if you don’t want to.

d.Zapier Api- You can add Zapier api to automate your tasks. You can see the connected access key and invitation link here.

12. Notice- It is basically a page from where you can see announcements from the software owner to customers like new features, known issues of GMCRM where developers are working on, or workarounds for it or any news regarding this software.
