Post Scheduler
Post Scheduler is a Google Chrome extension to pre-schedule your FB posts on your personal Facebook profile and any group you have posting rights (or own) with a few clicks. You can also check your scheduled posts on your calendar and use the AI integration or first comment functionality.
It has the following features
Creating Post Types- You can create different post type for your convenience, after creating post type you will get following options for modification-
Edit- You can modify the post type name.
Color- You can change the color of the post type.
Delete- You can delete the post type
Creating Post Tags- You can create different post tags for your convenience, after creating post tags you will get following options for modification-
Edit- You can modify the post tag name.
Color- You can change the color of the post tag.
Delete- You can delete the post tag.
Saving facebook posts in Content Library: You can save yours and others posts in Content library for your future use. After saving a post in your content library you will get a list view with following details for saved posts in each Content Library-
Content- The content of the post.
Images- The images which are used in the post.
Engagement Status- You will get the last scanned engagement data like Reactions’ count, Share Count, Comments’ Count.
Actions- Under this will be able to do the following tasks with the listing-
Scan- You can start scanning the Post engagement data immediately.
Edit- You can modify the tag(s) for the Post.
Delete- You can the delete the post
Settings- You will get following options under settings-
Engagement Settings- You can use this feature to automate the scan engagement information of the saved posts and also of the posts which you create using this extension with following possible options-
Engagement Settings On/Off: You can turn on or off this feature.
Select Content Library: You can select one or multiple content libraries to collect the data for.
Select Scheduled Post: You can select ‘yes’ or ‘no’ for this. If you want to scan scheduled posts then select ‘yes’.
Select Post Types: You can select one or multiple Post Types which you have used in your scheduled posts.
Scan Schedule: You will get following options under this-
Daily: If you want Post Scheduler to scan engagement information for the posts on a daily basis.
Weekly: If you want Post Scheduler to scan engagement information for the posts on a weekly basis.
Monthly: If you want Post Scheduler to scan engagement information for the posts on a monthly basis.
Time: You will provide the time whenever Post Scheduler starts to scan the engagement information.
Facebook Link Settings- In this you can create Facebook URL Tags, by using this you can save facebook page links where you want to post your posts later. You will get following options at the time of saving links-
Title- You can give a specific title for identification purposes.
URL- You can paste the page url here.
After creating a Facebook URL Tag you will get following options for a tag-
Edit- You can modify the title or URL of a tag.
Delete- You can delete the tag.
c. ChatGPT Settings: You can link your ChatGPT account with following options-
Select Model: You can select a ChatGPT model from dropdown, between “gpt-3.5-turbo” or “gpt-4”.
ChatGPT Key: You can enter your ChatGPT api key here.
System Prompt: You can add your universal ChatGPT system prompt here.
5. Creating and Scheduling Facebook post: You can find a “Create New” under “Scheduler" tab to create and schedule your facebook post with following possible options -
I. Post Settings- You can modify and set options for your post-
Select Content Library: Using this option you can choose to create a whole new post or copy content from other saved posts in the content library.
Select Saved Post: If you selected a content library in the previous option then only you have to select a particular post under this option to copy content from.
Select Post Types: You can choose a post type from previously created post types for the post which you create.
Select Tags: You can choose a tag from previously created tags for the post which you create.
Where to post? (Group or personal profile link): You can choose where to publish the post from a previously saved Facebook link.
Date : You can set the date as per your current Time Zone for publishing the post.
Time: You can set the time as per your current Time Zone for publishing the post.
Repeat Post: You can turn on this feature if you want to repeat the post with following options-
Post Frequency in Days: After how many days you want to repeat the same post or randomly generated AI based post.
Random Delay Time in minutes: You can randomize the repeat post time based on your original scheduled time for the main post.
Number of Repeat Post: You can set the number here for how many times you want to repeat the post.
Auto First Comment: You can turn ON or OFF this feature. If you turn it ON, then you will be able to write your comment to make this comment on whenever your post gets posted on Facebook.
II. Post Content- You can create your post content with following options-
User Generated Content: If you want to write the post manually or copying it from a previously saved post
AI Generated Content: If you want to use “Chat Gpt” to create a post content for you. After selecting this option you will get following possible input fields-
Select System Prompt: You can write the system prompt for ChatGPT here.
Prompt: You can write your query prompt here.
*After entering the System Prompt and the Prompt you have to click on the “Generate” button to get the result on the “Enter Post” input field.
Advance Settings: Here you will get advanced options for generating your post using ChatGpt like-
Temperature- You will be able to adjust the temperature for your content.
Maximum Length- You will be able to adjust the maximum length for your content.
Presence Penalty- You will be able to adjust the presence penalty for your content.
Frequency Penalty- You will be able to adjust the frequency penalty for your content.
Enter Post: Here you can write your own post manually or you can use Chat Gpt to get a post.
Choose Background: You can choose a background for your post.
Upload Images: You can upload one or multiple images for your post here.
Generate AI Images: You can turn ON or OFF this option, if you turn it ON then you will not be able to upload a picture for your post manually, then you will be able to generate one or multiple images using ChatGPT with following options-
I. Image query: You can write a query for “Chat Gpt” to generate image(s) for you.
II. Number of Images: You can select the amount of images you want to generate through “Chat Gpt”.
**After entering the query and selecting the number of images you have to click on the “Generate” button to generate the image(s), then you can keep the image or delete the image by clicking the “Remove” option on the image itself.
6. Viewing Scheduled Posts in a List: To get to know about scheduled posts you can click on the “Post Scheduled”, where you will be able to set the following filters to customize your view-
Tags- Here you will be able to select a specific tag which you used when creating a post.
Post Type- Here you will be able to select a specific type which you've used when creating a post.
Generation Type- Here you will be able to select whether the post is “User Generated” or “AI Generated”.
From the list you will get following details of a scheduled post-
I. Status- You will get the current status for a post like ‘Successfully Posted’, ‘Processing’, or ‘Failed to Post’.
II. Links- Where the post is going to be posted or previously posted on Facebook.
III. Content- What is content on the post
IV. Images- Which images are used in the post.
V. Date & Time- Date and time in UTC, when the post will be going to be posted or already posted.
VI. Post Type- What is the post type of the post.
VII. Actions- Under this will be able to do the following tasks with the listing-
View- You can view the post details. [Like- Post Type, Date, Tags, To Be Posted (in which FB link the post will be going to post), Posted At (In which FB link the post got posted), First Comment, Content, Images]
**From “To be Posted” or “Posted At” you will be able to get the following post status for each FB link (with also a link to redirect to the actual post)-
I. Status: You will get the current status for the post in the particular FB link like ‘Successfully Posted’, ‘Processing’, or ‘Failed to Post’.
II. Engagement Data: You will get the last scanned engagement data like Reactions’ count, Share Count, Comment Count.
Edit- You can edit the post if that is not posted yet.
Clone- You can clone the post with its settings.
Scan- You can start scanning the Post engagement data immediately.
Delete- You can delete the listing.
7. Viewing scheduled posts in a calendar view: You can get a calendar view of the scheduled posts by going to the “Calendar” option with following possible filters-
Month: You can view the whole calendar month at a glance.
Week: You can view the whole calendar week at a glance.
Day: You can view a single calendar day at a glance.
Agenda: You can view a month starting from one date to another based on today’s date.
Today: Using this option you will get the scheduled posts for today.
Next: Based on the previous selections (Month/Week/Day/Agenda) and the current page you are in, you can view the next one.
Back: Based on the previous selections (Month/Week/Day/Agenda) and the current page you are in, you can view the previous one.
Tags: You can filter the results by the tag which you’ve used when creating a post.
Post Types: You can filter the results by the post type.
* You will be able to get the post details if you click on the post option in the calendar like-
Personal/Friend/Group Link : You will get to know where the post was posted or will post.
Post Link: You will get the post link if the post was posted already.
Post Type : You can see the post type for the post here.
Content: You will see the whole post content here.
Post Time (mm/dd/yyyy): You will get to know the post publish date and time.
Images: You can see the images which are used in the post.
Post Scheduler Features Plan-
Plan 1- Users will be able to (i) Create and schedule posts, (ii) Save Post in the content library, (iii) Scan Saved and Scheduled Post engagement data, (iv) Use saved posts’ content in their post.
Plan 2- Plan 1 features are going to be used.
Plan 3- Plan 1 features are going to be used.
Plan 4- Plan 1 features are going to be used.
Plan 5- Users will be able to (i) Select to make a comment when publishing a post, (ii) Add ChatGPT api key to get AI based Content and Image generation for their post (*including Plan 1)
