Group Monkey
Group Monkey is a Google Chrome extension to manage your group and turn it into a money machine. It works on the Facebook Groups owned by you. It has the following features.
Save Group Questions- You can save group membership questions in this extension by Clicking Save Group Questions under Membership Requests.
Use Group Monkey for Automation- You can approve or decline membership requests using following possible options-
Select & Approve- You can select each profile and approve them all together with following options-
Please tell us how you want to proceed- You can proceed with your task using following possible options-
Get Gender, Country, Tier- You can collect requesters’ Gender, Country and Tier while accepting requests.
Only approve if answered all questions- By using this option the extension only approves those profiles who answered all membership questions while applying.
Only approve if pre-approved- By using this option only those profiles get approval whose emails are listed in a google sheet selected by you.
Verify Email Addresses- By using this option only those profiles get approval who has mentioned valid email id in when answering membership questions (*This email verification system will only work if you integrate Abstract/Hunter/Tomda api). You will get following options when selecting this option for only invalid emails-
Don’t Approve- You can use this option for not approving the request. (The request will be present in the Member's Request section.)
Decline Request- You can use this for declining the request.
Export Options- You can export approved members data using following options-
Send Data to Webhook URL-You can export the data to any Webhook for creating an automation process according to your need.
Send data to Google Sheet- You can export the data directly to a Google Spreadsheet.
Download as CSV- You can download the data as an CSV formatted file.
Approve All- You can approve all membership requests together with following options-

Web Portal- Group monkey has a web portal for viewing detailed group information and settings.
Group Info- You will get all group information together or by group with following options-
General Information- You will get following informations about approved or declined members for all groups together or only for selected group-
Group Name- You will get the group name of a member request.
Member Name- You will get the profile name of a member
Member's friends details- You will get the following information about a member’s fb profile-
Total Friends- Total friends of the requester.
Total Groups- Total groups joined by the requester.
Mutual Friends- Total Mutual friends between the requester and the group owner.
Friends in group- Total number of requester’s friends already a group member.
Common groups- Total number of common groups between the requester and the group owner.
Requested on- You will get the date on which the requester requested to join the group.
Date added- You will get the date on which the joining request was rejected or approved.
Time in group- You will get for how long the requester is a member of the group.
Status- You will get the request status if it’s approved or declined.
Action- You can archive the requester’s details.
Questions & Answers-You will get following information from all groups together or for selected group only-
Group Name- You will get the group name of a member request.
Member Name- You will get the profile name of a requester.
Q1 & A1- You will get the membership question 1 with its answer answered by the requester.
Q2 & A2- You will get the membership question 2 with its answer answered by the requester.
Q3 & A3- You will get the membership question 3 with its answer answered by the requester.
Status- You will get the request status if it’s approved or declined.
Action- You can archive the requester’s details.
Group Settings- You can modify settings for each selected group using following possible options-

Automation- You can create posts or make comments automatically for a group using following possible options-
Select Group- You can select a group from synchronized group list
Automation type- You can select from following options-
Welcome Post- You can create a welcome post for added members.
Comment Post- You can comment on group post
Post Title- You can name an automation which you create.
Post url- If you select ‘Comment Post’ then you have to enter the post url here.
Post Comment- If you select ‘Welcome Post’ then you need to enter post content here.
Comment content- If you select ‘Comment Post’’ then you need to enter comment content here.
Age in group (in Days)- You can use this filter for filtering members for tagging by his/her membership days.
Time Schedule- You can schedule the post or comment using following options-
Every Hours- You can use this option to schedule the post or comment in every 2, 3, 5 hours or whichever value you enter.
Once per day- You can use this option to schedule your post or comment at a specific time of a day.
You will get the following details about an automation which is already created-
Post title- You can see the post title which you gave during creation of an automation.
Automation type- You can see the automation type of an automation.
Time schedule & details- You can see the time schedule for an automation.
Automation ran- You can see how many times an automation did run.
Members tagged- You can see how many group members are tagged by the automation.
Edit- You can modify the setting of an automation.
Delete- You can delete an automation.
Action- You can Enable or Disable automation.
Settings- You can set settings for exporting requester’s data and validating their emails by using following possible options-
Webhook Settings-
You can add webhook api using following options-
Key/Title- You will put an API Key or Title here.
URL- You will put an api URL here.
You can view previously added api with following details-
Key/Title- You can view API key or tile for an api.
URL- You can view API URl for an api.
Send Test Data- You can send test data to webhook for testing the api.
Delete- You can delete previously added api.
You can download all API details in a csv formatted file.
Sheet settings-
Data Export- You can add one or more google sheets for exporting requesters’ data-
Add Sheet- You can put your google sheet url here for exporting.
You can view previously added sheets with following possible information-
Id- Your google sheet Id will be shown here.
Title- Your google sheet name will be shown here.
Open- You can open your previously added google sheet here.
Delete- You can delete your previously added google sheet.
You can export all previously added google sheet details in a csv formatted file.
Pre-approved- You can add one or more google sheets for validating pre approved requesters’ request-
Add Sheet- You can put your google sheet url here for validating emails.
You can view previously added sheets with following possible information-
Id- Your google sheet Id will be shown here.
Title- Your google sheet name will be shown here.
Open- You can open your previously added google sheet here.
Delete- You can delete your previously added google sheet.
You can copy the spreadsheet format for creating google sheets for email verification.
API Settings- You can add your apis for Abstract, Hunter and Tomba here for email validation using following options-
Add Abstract API key- You can add Abstract, Hunter api key here.
Add Tomba API Key & Secret Key- You can add Tomba api key and secret key here.
Group Monkey Features Plan-
In Group Monkey following features are planned-
Plan 1- Get Leads and their details from group join request and export to sheet, csv & webhook.
Plan 2- Plan 1 features are going to be used.
Plan 3- Raff payment verification for group join request ( Admin will provide one sheet with all emails which are paid to admin for join. Then we will accept those members only). (*including Plan 1 & 2)
Plan 4- Approve those requests which give verified email. (GM will verify emails with Hunter or Tomba, if valid then only that member will accept). (*including Plan 1, 2 & 3)
Plan 5- Get Member's gender, tier and country at the time of collecting requesters’ data. (*including Plan 1, 2, 3 & 4).
