MeFn Evan

MeFn Evan is a google chrome extension developed by Tier5 that turns a Facebook Profile into a powerful Chatbot Autoresponder. It works on your personal facebook profile. It has the following features-

  1. Dashboard- user can see the FB profile which is being used with, refresh the FB profile link with the extension and also can directly open the FB profile page by clicking a button.

  2. Message settings- user can create an array of messages by following possible options-

    1. Segments- user can create a segment with multiple optional block of texts (small chunks of a whole message) with the following merge tags-

      1. First Name- while sending the message it will provide the first name of the message sender.

      2. Last Name- while sending the message it will provide the Last name of the message sender.

      3. Today's Date- while sending the message it will provide the current date.

    2. Groups- user can create a message group from following possible options-

      1. Message segment- users can use the previously created segments to create a whole message.

      2. Static Text- users can use or add manual text to create a whole message.

      3. Keywords- user can add the following possible merge tags-

        1. First Name- while sending the message it will provide the first name of the message sender.

        2. Last Name- while sending the message it will provide the Last name of the message sender.

        3. Today's Date- while sending the message it will provide the current date.

  3. Response settings- User can send a reply from his/her own facebook account against a message, if that message contains a particular keyword or not, based on following possible settings-

    1. Auto Responder- user can create a auto responder for keyword based messages, which contains following options-

      1. Auto responder name- user can set a name for a particular auto responder

      2. Keywords- user can set one or multiple keywords for a auto responder

      3. Auto response message- user can set a message for a auto responder using following possible options-

        1. Text message- user can provide a custom message with the following merge tags-

          1. First Name- while sending the message it will provide the first name of the message sender.

          2. Last Name- while sending the message it will provide the Last name of the message sender.

          3. Today's Date- while sending the message it will provide the current date.

        2. Message group- User can select a previously created message group.

      4. Activate this Autoresponder- users can check or uncheck this to activate or deactivate the responder.

** Auto Responder list- user can see all the previously created auto responders and can do the following actions for each responder-

I. Edit- users can modify a previously created auto responder.

II. Delete- user can delete a previously created auto responder.

III. ON/OFF- user can activate or deactivate a previously created auto responder.

    1. Default Message- user can set a default reply for non-keyword based messages, which contains following options-

      1. Response message- user can set a message for default reply with following possible options-

        1. Text message- user can provide a custom message with the following merge tags-

          1. First Name- while sending the message it will provide the first name of the message sender.

          2. Last Name- while sending the message it will provide the Last name of the message sender.

          3. Today's Date- while sending the message it will provide the current date.

        2. Message group- User can select a previously created message group.

      2. Time Interval for Default Message- user can set a time interval in hours to set a delay while sending a default message again in a conversation.

  1. Delay Setting- user can setup the extension with following possible options-

    1. Delay time for all Response- users can set a time interval in minutes or hours to set a delay for sending any reply in a conversation.

*users can turn on or off this feature.

    1. Delay time for same autoresponder response- user can set a time interval in hours to set a delay for sending any reply from the same autoresponder again in a conversation.
